Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to modify the board configurations.

However, you can include additional items to your order at any time. Kindly submit a support ticket specifying the items you wish to add, and we will issue a separate invoice for the extra items. We will then edit your original order to ensure that all items are shipped together. Please note that depending on the size and weight of the additional items, there may be an additional shipping surcharge. For smaller items such as plates, PCBs, and switches, it is unlikely that a shipping adjustment will be required.

Order Canellation

You have the flexibility to cancel your orders at any time, but please be aware that a cancellation fee of 3% will be applied and deducted from your refund. It's important to note that Shopify does not refund us their fees for any cancelled orders.

Shipping Address Update

Shipping address may be updated any time.
